Buenos Dias offers a variety of pupusas, the national dish of El Salvador. These thick, griddled corn tortillas are often stuffed with a savory filling, making them an ideal hand food.
“We were asked to create a take-home product for a farmers’ market; it was the second-best seller, and we realized we should take it further,” Ken said, explaining the couple’s entrepreneurial inspiration. “We are hoping to take this from a restaurant product to a true consumer packaged good.”
