“My business started as a single homemade ginger ale, and coworkers and friends encouraged me to sell it,” said Ebony. With help from the Georgia Tech Food and Beverage Accelerator, she added, “I hope to learn more about product production, packaging, shelf stability, and gaining access to capital.”
